%0 Journal Article %T 青蒿多糖对小鼠血清中IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6,IFN-γ水平的影响<br>Effect of <i>Herba Artemisiae Annuae</i> Polysaccharides on IL-1β, IL-2, IL-6 and IFN-γ Levels in the Serum of Mice %A 帅学宏 %A 陈吉轩 %A 施君 %A 黄庆洲 %A 伍莉< %A br> %A SHUAI Xue-hong %A CHEN Ji-xuan %A SHI Jun %A HUANG Qing-zhou %A WU Li %J 西南大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2017 %R 10.13718/j.cnki.xdzk.2017.07.002 %X 为观察青蒿多糖(<i>Herba Artemisiae Annuae</i> polysaccharides,HAAP)对小鼠免疫功能的影响,采用木瓜蛋白酶法提取青蒿多糖,将50只昆明种小鼠随机分成5组进行试验.第Ⅰ组为对照组,腹腔注射生理盐水;第Ⅱ组到第Ⅴ组为青蒿多糖组,分别按25,50,100,150 mg/kg剂量腹腔注射青蒿多糖,连续给药7 d.分离血清测定IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6,IFN-γ质量浓度.结果显示50 mg/kg青蒿多糖能提高血清中IL-1β,IL-2和IFN-γ质量浓度(<i>p</i><0.01);25 mg/kg青蒿多糖也能提高血清中IL-6和IFN-γ质量浓度(<i>p</i><0.01);100 mg/kg青蒿多糖对IL-2有升高作用,对IL-6和IFN-γ有降低作用(<i>p</i><0.01).结果表明青蒿多糖对小鼠血清中这4种细胞因子有调节作用.提示适当质量浓度的青蒿多糖可能对Th1/Th2的平衡有调节作用.<br>In order to observe the effects of HAAP (<i>Herba Artemisiae Annuae</i> polysaccharides) on immune function in mice, HAAP were extracted with papain. Fifty mice were randomly divided into 5 groups. GroupⅠ was the control group, in which the animals were intraperitoneally injected with physiological saline; From Group Ⅱ to GroupⅤ, the animals were intraperitoneally injected with HAAP at 25, 50, 100 and 150 mg/kg, respectively, for 7 successive days. The levels of IL-1β, IL-2, IL-6 and IFN-γ from the separated serum were measured. The results showed that there were no starch, protein or amine acid in HAAP, and the content of total sugar was 24.74%. Compared with the control, HAAP at 50 mg/kg increased the serum levels of IL-1β, IL-2 and IFN-γ (<i>p</i> < 0.01); HAAP at 25 mg/kg increased the serum levels of IL-6 and IFN-γ (<i>p</i> < 0.01); and HAAP at 100 mg/kg increased the level of IL-2 but reduced the levels of IL-6 and IFN-γ (<i>p</i> < 0.01).
