%0 Journal Article %T 黄土高原地区油松种实主要性状特征<br>The Main Characters of Fruit and Seed of <i>Pinus tabulaeformis</i> in the Loess Plateau %A 裴乔 %A 王乃江< %A br> %A PEI Qiao %A WANG Nai-jiang %J 西南大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2018 %R 10.13718/j.cnki.xdzk.2018.03.007 %X 为研究黄土高原不同区域油松人工林更新状况,对油松种实质量进行差异性比较,结合前人研究成果筛选种实质量评价指标,于2015年9月-11月在黄土高原地区10个区域(富县、甘泉县、河曲县、华亭县、黄陵县、黄龙县、吉县、泾源县、西峰区、旬邑县)采集成熟的油松球果,在15 ℃以下的环境中风干贮藏,测定油松球果长、宽、长宽比、质量、含水量;种子种翅长、种子长、宽、长宽比、厚、百粒质量、成熟比及种子活力、生活力、发芽率、发芽势、场圃发芽率等17个指标,用主成分分析和聚类分析等方法对测得数据进行分析.结果表明:油松分布区油松种实质量差异很大,评价指标间差异趋势不一致,评价油松种实质量各指标间相对独立又密切相关,以2个主成分代表 17个测定指标反应的油松样品信息,结合聚类分析方法对10个油松区域种子优劣进行评价,泾源地区种实质量高,河曲地区油松种实质量低.针对油松种实现状,分析种实与自然更新关系,以期为油松人工林经营管理和可持续生长提供参考.<br><i>Pinus tabulaeformis</i> is the main afforestation species in loess plateau regions. In order to understand the present situation of artificial <i>Pinus tabulaeformis</i> forest renewal on the loess plateau, mature <i>P. tabulaeformis</i> cones were collected in 10 counties/districts of Shaanxi province and air dried at < 15 ℃. Then their 17 indicators were determined, and principal component analysis and cluster analysis were made of the data obtained. The results showed great difference in fruit and seed quality among various regions. The indicators were relatively independent and closely related. Based on the <i>P. tabulaeformis</i> sample information reflected by 2 principal components, which were taken to represent the 17 indicators determined, clustering analysis was employed to evaluate <i>P. tabulaeformis</i> quality in the 10 counties/districts. The quality of fruit and seed of <i>P. tabulaeformis</i> in JingYuan was the best, while that in Hequ was low.
