%0 Journal Article %T 浮选泡沫的形成、稳定和破灭的力学分析<br>The mechanics analysis about fromation,stability and burst of flotation froth %A 刘述忠 %A 郭万富 %A 黄 %A 石 %J 福州大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2016 %X 以浮选泡沫为研究对象,对球形气泡形成、气泡兼并、气泡表面层形成、矿粒黏附气泡、泡沫的形成以及泡沫的破灭过程进行力学分析. 结果表明,搅拌形成的不规则气团在液相中受到界面附加压强作用趋于球形;气泡之间的压强差引起气泡兼并;新生表面层的内外界面的附加压强维持住气泡液上结构;液下气泡和液上气泡以不同方式与矿粒黏附;分子间作用力使气泡黏贴,形成稳定的泡沫层结构;在泡沫层中,破裂气泡能引起周围气泡的膨胀.<br>The phenomenon of flotation froth was studied. The process of this phenomenon contains five levels,bubble turn into sphere,the bubble coalescence,a single bubble in the liquid phase,a single bubble on the surface of the liquid,ore particles adhere the bubble,moreand more bubbles stick and froth,and the bursting of the froth. The mechanism of these processes are analysed. The analysis results that air mass may turn into sphere because of liquid resistance,pressure difference between two bubbles cause coalescence,additional pressure from new superficial layer can maintain the bubble a complete structure,the bubbles in or out of the liquor can also adhere the ore grains.
