%0 Journal Article %T 岸桥结构振动台-模型试验与原型对比的研究<br>Contrast study of shaking table model test with prototype for container crane structures %A 李 %A 哲 %A 王贡献 %A 胡吉全 %J 福州大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2016 %R 10.7631/issn.1000-2243.2016.05.0688 %X 基于振动台试验,研究缩尺模型与原型的相似关系以及如何由模型反应正确推导原型反应. 对缩尺模型进行地震模拟试验,采用Abaqus分别对原型和试验模型进行有限元建模并进行地震响应分析. 研究分析原型结构的计算值与由振动台-模型试验实测值按相似比尺推导出的原型地震响应值,通过原型与试验缩尺模型的频率、结构关键测点的加速度、位移、应力等的对比,验证了模型与原型相似关系的准确性. 研究结果表明,振动台-模型试验可以真实地反映岸桥原型结构的地震响应,可为大型起重机结构缩尺模型的设计及后续的地震试验研究提供了参考.<br>Study of the similarity relation between test scale model and prototype of container crane structure and how to deduce the response of prototype from the response of model correctly. Two models of container crane structure were designed and tested based on the shaking table test,and dynamical analysis under seismic action for prototypes and scale models were done by finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The seismic responses of prototype structures were deduced form models response according to the dynamic similarity relation,and compared with the calculated values of prototype structures. The accuracy of similarity relationship between model and prototype structure was verified by comparing the natural frequencies,acceleration,displacement and strain,vibration table model test could reflect truly the seismic responses of prototype structures.
