%0 Journal Article %T 几种细胞分裂素对钌联吡啶电化学发光的增强行为研究<br>Research about the enhanced effects of some kinds of cytokinins on electrochemiluminescence behavior of tris(2,2′-bipyridyl)ruthenium %A 叶桦珍 %A 陈筱瑜 %A 黄建凡 %A 陈 %A 咏 %A 陈国南 %J 福州大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2016 %R 10.7631/issn.1000-2243.2016.05.0728 %X 研究几种细胞分裂素对钌联吡啶电化学发光行为的影响. 研究结果表明,在酸性条件下细胞分裂素增强了钌联吡啶的电化学发光,测得的钌联吡啶电化学发光增强值与所加入细胞分裂素的浓度呈良好的线性关系. 最优条件下,测定玉米素、玉米素核苷、6-呋喃氨基嘌呤、异戊烯基腺嘌呤等几种细胞分裂素的线性范围分别为1.0×10-6~1.0×10-4、5.0×10-7 ~1.0×10-4、2.0×10-6~1.0×10-4、8.0×10-7~5.0×10-5 mol·L-1, 测定检测限均可达10-7 mol·L-1数量级. 该法操作简单,可用于细胞分裂素的灵敏度检测.<br>The effects of some kinds of cytokinins on electrochemiluminescence behaviors of Ru(bpy)2+3 was researched in this paper. The results showed that the electrochemiluminescence of Ru(bpy)2+3 could be enhanced by cytokinins under acidic conditions,and the enhancement value has a good linear relationship with cytokinins concentration. The linearity range is from 1.0×10-6 to 1.0×10-4,from 5.0×10-7 to 1.0×10-4,from 2.0×10-6 to 1.0×10-4,from 8.0×10-7 to 5.0×10-5 mol·L-1 for zeatin,zeatin riboside,6-furfurylaminopurine and isopentenyl adenine respectively. And detection limit can reach 10-7 mol·L-1 under the optimal conditions.
