%0 Journal Article %T 碱激发剂对碱矿渣砂浆抗压强度的影响<br>Effect of alkali-activator on compression strength of alkali-activated slag cement mortar %A 郑登登 %A 季 %A 韬 %A 王灿强 %A 郑文元 %A 程可佳 %A 林旭健 %J 福州大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2016 %R 10.7631/issn.1000-2243.2016.04.0593 %X 研究了碱激发剂(Na2SO4、Na2SO4+NaOH、Na2SO4+Na2SiO3)对碱矿渣砂浆抗压强度的影响. 研究表明,与单独采用Na2SO4作为激发剂时的碱矿渣砂浆抗压强度相比,采用Na2SO4和NaOH作为复合激发剂,碱矿渣砂浆抗压强度略低;采用Na2SO4和 Na2SiO3作为复合激发剂,碱矿渣砂浆抗压强度有明显的提高,但 Na2SiO3掺量不宜超过2.5%. 通过试验结果对比得出碱矿渣水泥最佳配方:普通硅酸盐水泥 ∶ Na2SO4 ∶ 矿渣 ∶Na2SiO3=10% ∶ 5% ∶ 85% ∶ 2.5%,所配制砂浆(最佳碱矿渣水泥 ∶ 砂 ∶ 水=492 ∶ 522 ∶ 168)的28d抗压强度达到53.7MPa.<br>The effect of alkali-activators(Na2SO4、Na2SO4+NaOH、Na2SO4+Na2SiO3)on the compression strength of alkali-activated slag cement mortar(AASM) was investigated. The study shows that,compared with the compression strength of AASM which is activated by Na2SO4,the compression strength of AASM which is activated by compound activators with Na2SO4 and NaOH is a bit lower,while the compression strength of AASM which is activated by compound activators with Na2SO4 and Na2SiO3 is evidently increased. But the content of Na2SiO3 should be less than 2.5%. The results of the comparing tests show that the optimal mix proportion of alkali-activated slag cement(AASC),is ordinary portland cement ∶ Na2SO4 ∶ slag ∶ Na2SiO3=10% ∶ 5% ∶ 85% ∶ 2.5%.
