%X 使用艾里(Airy)函数和转移矩阵方法精确求解了一维三角形多势垒结构的电子一维定态薛定谔方程, 求出了在一维三角形多势垒结构中电子共振透射系数的一般表达式, 并进一步研究了三角形结构势垒的共振透射系数与有效质量、势垒宽度、势垒高度及势阱宽度之间的关系.<br>The resonant transmission coefficient of triangular multi barrier structure is presented based on an exact solution of the Schr？dinger equation by using Airy function and the transfer matrix approach; Furthermore, we have also studied the relationships between the resonant transmission coefficient and, respectively, the effective mass, the barrier width, the barrier height and the well width
