%0 Journal Article %T Er3+:Y3Al5O12/ZnO复合物的制备及其光催化性能的研究<br>Synthesis of photocatalytic Er3+:Y3Al5O12/ZnO and Research its Photocatalytic activity %A 丁永萍 %A 刘文芳 %A 郭玉玮 %J 四川大学学报 (自然科学版) %D 2017 %X 通过溶胶凝胶、水热法合成了上转换发光剂Er3+:Y3Al5O12掺杂的ZnO复合物可见光光催化剂,采用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)进行表征。以甲基橙染料为研究对象,研究了Er3+:Y3Al5O12 /ZnO复合物在可见照射下的光催化活性。此外,还研究了煅烧温度、煅烧时间、可见光照射时间和强度、染色初始浓度浓度和催化剂的用量对甲基橙染料降解率的影响。结果表明,加入上转换发光剂Er3+:Y3Al5O12 有效提高了降解率,且催化剂的用量为1.00 g?L-1时降解效果最好。<br>An upconversion luminescence agent Er3+:Y3Al5O12 mixed with the ZnO that utilizing visible light was synthesized by using sol-gel method and the hydrothermal method,and it was charactered by XRD and SEM. Based on the methyl orange, the photocatalytic activity of the Er3+:Y3Al5O12 mixed with the ZnO was researched under the visible light irradiation. In addition, the influence of the calcine temperature、calcine time、the visible light irradiation time and intensity、the dye initial concentration and the amount of catalyst on the degradation rate of the methyl orange were investigated.
