%0 Journal Article %T 岩体相似材料正交设计试验研究<br>Experimental study on orthogonal design of rock mass similar material %A 姚国强 %A %A 言志信< %A br> %A YAO Guoqiang %A %A YAN Zhixin %J 铁道科学与工程学报 %D 2018 %X 为研制出物理力学参数可调范围较大的岩体相似材料,利用正交试验设计方法,以重晶石粉、铁精粉和石英砂为骨料,石膏和水泥为胶结剂,甘油为调节剂设计多组试验,并通过线性回归和方差分析研究该相似材料物理力学参数与影响因素之间的定量关系及各因素对参数影响的显著性。研究结果表明:不同配比相似材料的物理力学参数具有较大的取值范围,能够满足大部分岩质模型试验对岩体相似材料的要求;线性回归分析量化了相似材料物理力学参数与影响因素之间的关系,据此能够计算出各因素的量值;胶结剂含量对相似材料的密度、黏聚力和内摩擦角影响显著,甘油含量对相似材料的抗压强度和弹性模量影响显著,各影响因素对相似材料的抗拉强度和泊松比影响均不显著。该研究对采用浇筑方式制作试验模型的岩体相似材料的研制具有重要的参考价值。<br>In order to develop the rock mass similar material with large adjustable range of physical and mechanical parameters, a series of experiments were designed based on the orthogonal design method. Barite powder, iron powder, and quartz sand were used as aggregate, gypsum and cement were used as cementing agent and glycerol was used as regulator. Linear regression and variance analysis were performed to study the quantitative relationship between physical and mechanical parameters of the similar material and influencing factors and the significance of each factor on the parameters. The results show that the physical and mechanical parameters of similar material with different proportions have a large range of values, which can meet the requirements of most rock model tests for rock similar material; Linear regression analysis quantifies the relationship between physical and mechanical parameters of similar material and the influencing factors, which can calculate the value of each factor; Cementing agent content has significant influence on density, cohesion, internal friction angle of similar material,and glycerol content has significant influence on compressive strength and elastic modulus.
