%0 Journal Article %T 连续箱梁桥同步顶升时的横向位移差分析<br>Analysis of relative displacement difference in process of integral jacking of continuous box girder bridge %A 刘建威 %A %A 李德建 %A 于鹏< %A br> %A LIU Jianwei %A %A LI Dejian %A YU Peng %J 铁道科学与工程学报 %D 2018 %X 针对连续箱梁桥整体顶升时的结构横向位移差问题,展开安全性分析。分析梁体在顶升和落梁时的受力特点,指出箱梁同步顶升时的横向位移差会对结构产生二次破坏。进而以K0+400硕放互通D匝道桥桥梁整体顶升工程为例,基于ANSYS有限元模型对该桥右幅第二联预应力混凝土连续梁桥进行应力和位移分析。研究结果表明:桥梁顶升施工的横向位移差会使结构受力状态发生改变,各跨应力、位移和支座反力均会有不同程度的变化;为保证结构安全性,应将横向位移差控制在5 mm以内。<br>In allusion to the relative displacement difference problem of the continuous box girder bridge in the process of integral jacking of bridge structure, the safety analysis was expanded. The mechanical characteristics of girder body were analyzed when jacked up and falled down. It can be indicated that the displacement difference can produce secondary damage to bridge structure. Taking the integrally jacking project of D# ramp bridge of K0+400 Shuofang Multi Road Interchange for example, the stress and displacement of the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge were calculated based on the ANSYS model. The results show the relative displacement difference in jacking-up construction can cause changes in the stressing state of bridge structure and the magnitude of changes in stress, displacement and bearing reaction force of different spans can be different.
