%0 Journal Article %T 动车组牵引传动系统健康状态评估<br>Health assessment of EMU traction drive system %A 赵峰 %A %A 李渊琴 %A 陈鲜< %A br> %A ZHAO Feng %A %A LI Yuanqin %A CHEN Xian %J 铁道科学与工程学报 %D 2018 %X 以CRH3型动车组牵引传动系统为研究对象,提出一种模糊灰色聚类和组合赋权法相结合的动车组牵引传动系统健康状态评估方法。利用组合赋权法计算牵引传动系统各元件指标的组合权重;由各元件聚类系数创建元件层的健康状态模糊评判矩阵;然后由该矩阵,采用组合赋权法计算牵引传动系统元件层的组合权重;采用模糊综合评判法评估牵引传动系统整体的健康状态。研究结果表明:所提出的方法能够结合牵引传动系统的分层分析模型,并直观地得到各指标、各元件以及牵引传动系统整体的健康状态信息,有效完成了CRH3型动车组牵引传动系统的健康状态评估。<br>Health status assessment of electric multiple units (EMU) traction drive system is helpful to improve the safety and reliability of the EMU in operation. By taking EMU traction drive system as the concrete research object, a method based on fusion of fuzzy grey clustering and combination weight was proposed to evaluate the health status of the system in this paper. First of all, indexes’ combination weights of each component of the traction drive system were calculated by the combination weighting method. Secondly, the fuzzy evaluation matrix of component layer’s health status assessment was established using clustering coefficient of each component. Then, according to the matrix, the combination weighting method was used to calculate component layer’s combination weight. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was utilized to evaluate traction drive system’s integral health status with a traction drive system of CRH3 EMU as an example. The results show that the proposed method combines the layered analysis model of traction drive system, and intuitive information on the health status of each index, key components and traction drive system can be obtained.
