The subgrade as an important part of the railway line project, its stability is very important. Based on the grid management theory of railway infrastructure, this paper used the fuzzy logic reasoning method to obtain the evaluation model of high-speed railway subgrade settlement risk. In this paper, the possibility of settlement risk of high-speed railway subgrade was quantified, and the settlement position of roadbed is located within 200 meters, which can realize the fine management of high-speed railway subgrade settlement risk.
