%0 Journal Article %T 列车荷载作用下CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道力学特性试验研究<br>Experimental study on the mechanical characteristics of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track under train load %A 吴斌 %A 朱坤腾 %A 曾志平 %A 余志武 %A 魏炜< %A br> %A WU Bin %A ZHU Kunteng %A ZENG Zhiping %A YU Zhiwu %A WEI Wei %J 铁道科学与工程学报 %D 2016 %X 为研究列车荷载作用下路基上CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道的疲劳性能,针对高速列车荷载作用下路基上CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道结构力学特性进行试验研究。基于轨道-路基动力模型试验系统,建立CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道结构1:1足尺试验模型,开展720万次疲劳荷载试验,获得了各层动力特性演化特征。研究结果表明:随着列车荷载作用次数增加,隔离层压缩变形、轨道板加速度、自密实混凝土应力减小,而底座加速度和应力增大。根据隔离层压缩变形量的变化规律,通过数据回归,得到隔离层刚度随荷载作用次数变化的关系式。研究成果对于指导服役状态下CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道结构力学特性研究及状态评估有参考价值。<br>In order to study the fatigue properties of CRTSⅢ slab track on roadbed under train load, an experiment study was carried out on the dynamic characteristics of CRTSⅢ slab track structure on roadbed under high-speed train load. The full-scale test model of CRTSⅢ slab track structure based on track-subgrade dynamic model test system was established and the dynamic evolution characteristics of each layer after 7.2 million fatigue load tests were obtained. The results show that the deformation of isolated layer, the acceleration of slab, and the stress of self-compacting concrete reduce, while the acceleration and stress of base increase with the increasing number of train load applications. According to the variation law of the deformation of isolated layer, the relationship between the stiffness of isolated layer and number of load applications was obtained through data fitting.
