%0 Journal Article %T 竹纤维对砂浆性能影响的试验研究<br>Experimental research on the impact of bamboo fiber on mortar performances %A 刘玉莹 %A 尹健 %A 任海波 %A 何凌侠 %A 桑正辉< %A br> %A LIU Yuying %A YIN Jian %A REN Haibo %A HE Lingxia %A SANG Zhenghui %J 铁道科学与工程学报 %D 2016 %X 基于竹纤维砂浆的最佳搅拌工艺,探讨竹纤维掺量和长度对砂浆工作性、抗折强度、抗压强度和干缩率的影响。研究结果表明:纤维掺量介于0.5~2.0 kg/m3时,砂浆的沉入度、表观密度和干缩率随纤维掺量的增加而减少,强度呈先增加后降低的趋势,在掺量为1.5 kg/m3时达到最大值;纤维长度介于5~20 mm时,随着纤维长度的增加,砂浆的沉入度增大,表观密度减小,强度呈先增大后减小的趋势,在纤维长度为10 mm时达到最大值,干缩率呈先减少后增大的趋势,在纤维长度为15 mm达到最低值。<br>Based on the optimal mixing process of mortar reinforced with bamboo fiber, the effects of bamboo fiber content and length on workability,flexural strength,compressive strength and dry-shrinkage ratio of mortar were discussed. The test results show that the sinking degree,apparent density and dry-shrinkage ratio of mortar decrease with the increase of fiber content when the amount of fiber is between 0.5 to 2.0 kg/m3. The strength of mortar firstly increased and then decreases, it reaches the maximum value when the fiber content is 1.5 kg/m3. The sinking degree increases while the apparent density decreases with the increase of fiber length when fiber length is between 5 to 20 mm. However, the strength firstly increases and then decreases, and it reaches the maximum value when the fiber length is 10 mm.
