%0 Journal Article %T 模拟压实机械-土接触形式的细砂填料碾压试验<br>Compaction experiment of fine sand filler simulating compaction machinery-soil contact form %A 张猛 %A %A 张良 %A %A 金发良 %A 罗强 %A %A 刘孟适 %A %A 刘亚坤 %A < %A br> %A ZHANG Meng %A %A ZHANG Liang %A %A JIN Faliang %A LUO Qiang %A %A LIU Mengshi %A %A LIU Yakun %J 铁道科学与工程学报 %D 2017 %X 对取自辽河流域火渤铁路沿线广泛分布的细砂填料,开展颗粒分析、颗粒密度、相对密度和标准击实等土工试验;通过构筑小型砂箱模型,进行模拟压实机械-土接触形式的筒形、平面和凹形压板对细砂填料压实效果的对比试验,分析压板类型对位移场和干密度的影响规律。研究结果表明:细粒含量小的均匀级配细砂填料具有平缓的“√”型击实曲线特征,在完全干燥或者充分湿润下易获得较大干密度。压实机械-土接触形式对细砂填料压实特性及效果影响显著,筒形接触存在外挤作用和应力集中特征,易导致无黏性细砂填料产生明显横向变形,甚至出现局部剪切破坏;平面和凹形接触应力相对均匀,具有一定侧向约束能力,变形以压密下沉为主,更适合细砂填料压实。<br>A series of soil tests were carried out about the abundant fine sand filler taken from Liaohe river Huo- Bo railway, including particle analysis tests, particle density tests, relative density tests, standard compaction tests and so on. By building a small sandbox model, comparison tests were conducted, which simulated compaction machinery-soil contacts’ effect on compacting fine sand filler in the forms of cylindrical, flat and concave plate. The influence of the type of plate on deformation shape and dry density was analysed. Studies show that the uniform-graded fine sand filler with less fine soil has a gentle “√” type compaction curve and it is easy to obtain greater dry density in completely dry or fully wet. Compaction machinery-soil contact form has significant effects on compaction characteristics of fine sand filler. The presence of external squeeze effect and stress concentration feature of cylindrical contact is easy to make cohesion less fine sand filler form significant lateral deformation and even local shear failure. Flat and concave contacts’ stresses are relatively uniform and have a certain lateral restraint ability.
