%0 Journal Article %T BRT停靠站钢桥面沥青铺装病害处治研究<br>Treatment of steel deck pavement distresses at BRT bus station %A 张晓靖 %A %A 邱延峻 %A 张晓华< %A br> %A ZHANG Xiaojing %A %A QIU Yanjun %A ZHANG Xiaohua %J 铁道科学与工程学报 %D 2018 %X 正交异性钢箱梁可工厂预制。现场拼装,对交通干扰小,但钢箱梁沥青铺装耐久性难以解决。为解决BRT停靠站钢桥面沥青铺装早期病害,提出应急和长效2种处治方案。应急方案采用兼具优异高温稳定性和低温柔韧性的双组分聚合物材料修补,经过约两年的运营,未再发生病害,使用效果良好。长效方案突破用三大指标评价沥青性能的传统,运用频率扫描,蠕变恢复试验等手段,配制特种改性沥青,通过优选沥青。外掺剂组合,研发使用传统施工设备和工艺的改进型SMA,能满足高温稳定性和低温柔韧性的要求。<br>Orthotropic steel deck has very limited impact on traffic and it could be prefabricated and put together on site, but the durability of steel deck asphalt pavement is a main problem that confined its further application. To deal with these distresses, an emergency repairing method and a long-term rehabilitation approach were proposed in this study. In the emergency method, a newly developed polymer material which has both high temperature stability and low temperature flexibility was applied to fix the distresses. This material performed well after almost two years of service and no newly distresses were found during that period. In the long-term approach, overstepping traditional methods, this study introduced frequency scanning, creep recovery test, etc. to evaluate asphalt property.
