%0 Journal Article %T 基于正交试验浅埋暗挖洞桩法车站边桩的影响因素分析<br>Analysis of side pile influencing factors in shallow underground excavated cave pile method station based on orthogonal test %A 侯旭丰 %A 高波 %A 申玉生 %A 陈熹 %A 李亮< %A br> %A HOU Xufeng %A GAO Bo %A SHEN Yusheng %A CHEN Xi %A LI Liang %J 铁道科学与工程学报 %D 2016 %X 以新疆乌鲁木齐地铁八楼站为工程依托,分析浅埋暗挖洞桩法地铁车站边桩受力和变形的影响因素。结合正交试验设计采用9种工况研究桩间土厚度、桩径和围岩级别3种主要因素对边桩内力和横向位移的影响。研究结果表明:围岩级别为最主要影响因素,对内力的影响要小于横向位移,内力中轴力受影响最大,类似工程中应该着重注意轴力变化;其次,桩间土厚度和桩径对内力和横向位移影响效果不同,桩间土厚度对横向位移影响较大,反之桩径对内力影响明显。本文研究成果可为洞桩法施工地铁车站设计施工提供参考。<br>Based on Balou Station of Urumqi Subway in Xinjiang Province, this paper analyzes the side pile stress and the deformation influencing factors of subway stations, which are constructed under cave-pile method. In combination with orthogonal experimental design, 9 kinds of working conditions are adopted to study the influence of soil thickness, pile diameter and surrounding rock level on the side pile stress and horizontal displacement. The result shows that surrounding rock level is the most important influencing factor and its influence on side pile stress is lower than on horizontal displacement. Axial force of side pile stress is most influenced by surrounding rock level, and similar project should especially pay attention to the change of axial force. Soil thickness between piles and pile diameter have different affects on side pile stress and horizontal displacement. Soil thickness between piles has bigger influence on horizontal displacement while pile diameter has obvious influence on side pile stress.
