%0 Journal Article %T 基于声振法的钢混组合桥面板脱空识别研究<br>Impact acoustic-based identification method for detecting interfacial debonding of steel-concrete composite slab %A 邹祺祺 %A 晏班夫< %A br> %A ZOU Qiqi %A YAN Banfu %J 铁道科学与工程学报 %D 2018 %X 钢混组合结构和钢管混凝土结构的界面脱空对桥梁的安全耐久非常关键。声振法作为一种简单有效的现场无损测试方法,可用于混凝土材质好坏、内部孔洞、剥离及脱空等缺陷检测。运用小波变换方法对钢混组合桥面板声振信号进行分析,将小波时频谱分为3个表征信号内容的区域,即表征混凝土质量的冲击回波高频共振A区、表征脱空区钢板自振特征的B区及表征环境噪声的低频C区,根据各区域的时-频-能量特征可以定性识别钢混界面脱空的程度。在一座钢混组合试验桥桥面板施工时预埋大小不一的泡沫与橡胶片模拟钢混界面的脱空与脱空区有水或是其他介质浸入的情形,声振测试试验验证该法的有效性。<br>Interfacial debonding of the steel-concrete composite slab is one of the key issues to the safety and durability of the structure. Impact acoustic method as one of the simple and effective NDT tools is employed to detect material quality, void, cracks, honeycombing, and delamination in concrete decks and slabs. The study places emphasis on developing an integrated method in detecting interfacial debonding of steel-concrete composite slab. A simplified model is presented to distribute the frequency contents of acoustic signature into three zones, i.e. the resonance frequency (zone A) corresponding to concrete quality and slab thickness, steel thin plate vibration (zone B), and impact sound and noise (zone C). The wavelet transform (WT) was conducted for feature extraction.
