%0 Journal Article %T 铁路行李车开展零散货物快捷运输优化研究<br>Optimization research on bulk cargo express transport using railway baggage car %A 杨菊花 %A 刘林忠 %A 李小静 %A 巴彩林< %A br> %A YANG Juhua %A LIU Linzhong %A LI Xiaojin %A BA Cailin %J 铁道科学与工程学报 %D 2016 %X 在小件货物运输需求迅猛增长的背景下,提出利用旅客列车行李车的剩余运能开展小件货物快捷运输的设想。基于铁路旅客列车开行密集、停靠站点覆盖面广的优势,建立了多维0-1背包模型,解决小件货物多批次、少批量的快捷运输需求;以“先开先装”为原则,设计贪婪策略和算法,充分利用旅客列车站停时间和行李车剩余运能;并以兰州站当日发往陇海线方向的全部旅客列车为基础数据设计算例,研究结果表明:利用行李车剩余运能开展小件货物快捷运输的设想具备可行性、必要性和现实意义。<br>Under the setting of sharp development of package quantity, the utilization of remaining capacity of baggage car in express transport was proposed. Based on the superiorities of railway passenger trains, such as small operation time interval and wide coverage in territory, a kind of multidimensional 0-1 knapsack model was established so as to solve the requirements of bulk cargo that are of multi-batches and limited quantities. Also, the greedy algorithm was designed based on the ‘First Departure First Loading’ principle in order to more effectively use the remaining capacity of baggage car and dwell time.
