	<span style="line-height:1.5;">In this paper, we have introduced a new generalized
form of topological vector spaces, namely, almost </span><i style="line-height:1.5;">¦Â</i><span style="line-height:1.5;">-topological vector spaces by using the concept of </span><i style="line-height:1.5;">¦Â</i><span style="line-height:1.5;">-open sets. We have also presented some
examples and</span><span style="line-height:1.5;"> counterexamples of almost </span><i style="line-height:1.5;">¦Â</i><span style="line-height:1.5;">-topological
vector spaces and determined its relationship with topological vector
spaces. Some properties of </span><i style="line-height:1.5;">¦Â</i><span style="line-height:1.5;">-topological
vector spaces are also characterized.</span>
