%0 Journal Article %T 基于心理联系视角的互联网时代背景下组织承诺发展探索<br>Exploration of Organizational Commitment’s Development under the Background of Internet Age Based from Psychological Bond Perspective %A 张旭 %A 樊耘 %A 颜静< %A br> %A ZHANG Xu %A FAN Yun %A YAN Jing %J 管理学报 %D 2015 %X 摘要 随着传统工业时代逐渐向互联网时代转变,个体与组织之间的关系已由依附性开始转向平等性的特征,原有的组织承诺概念已难以反映两者之间关系的本质属性。在回顾与反思组织承诺背景的基础上,剖析了互联网时代对组织承诺的影响,并通过综合分析组织承诺、认同、公民行为和工作场所精神性对心理联系的启发,探索性地明晰了心理联系的定义、对象、性质和特征,并阐述了从心理联系角度理解个体与组织间关系的理论及其实践意义。<br>Along with the transformation from traditional industrial age to internet age, the relationship between individual and organization demostrates equality characteristic and it is hard for organizational commitment to reveal the essential attribute between individual and organization. This study reviews and rethinks the background of organizational commitment, analyses the influence of internet age on organizational commitment, explores the inspiration of commitment, identification, citizenship behavior, and workplace spirituality to psychological bond comprehensively, and make clear the definition, object, nature, and characteristic of psychological bond deliberately.
