%X 摘要 历经百余年的迅速发展，管理学的理论构建和学术讨论成绩斐然。在这期间，诸多理论视角和学派门类齐聚出现。值此一般管理理论诞生一百周年（1916~2016）之际，以时间发展为脉络，讨论一般管理理论的提出、延续、现代意义和未来价值。在回顾法约尔思想内涵的基础之上，对其所开创的管理过程学派的学术观点进行评述；同时，解读一般管理理论对中国本土管理学构建的借鉴意义，并展望未来研究的进展方向
