%0 Journal Article %T 共享时代的到来需要管理新范式<br>A New Paradigm for Management Is Needed in This Sharing-Based Era %A 陈春花 %J 管理学报 %D 2016 %X 摘要 通过探讨互联网技术快速发展的背景下,社会环境的新变化以及组织和员工个体的新特征,归纳出当前共享时代的两大重要特征:雇员社会即将消失和个体价值正在崛起。在此基础上,结合当前组织管理所面临的几大趋势,提出了管理新范式的基本理念,并概述了相应的若干基本命题与关键要素。<br>Through the emerging societal changes and new features of organizations and individuals along with the increasing advancement of Internet and communication technology, this study identified two critical characteristics of the current sharing-based era: the vanishing of traditional employment and the prominence of individual contributions.
