%X 摘要 选取16个经过公开报道的创业者与投资方冲突案例，构建创业者出局动因模型。通过三级编码得到4个主范畴（企业内部因素、创业环境因素、创业者个人因素、创业者与投资方冲突演化）及12个子范畴。其中企业内部因素和创业环境因素是直接驱动因素，创业者个人因素是情境驱动因素，创业者与投资方冲突演化是中介驱动因素
