%X 摘要 为探究中国贫困地区情境下包容性商业模式构建机制，选取武陵山国家集中连片特困地区的4家企业进行案例分析，构建了本地能力、创业者“关系”与包容性商业模式之间的概念模型，提出了相关研究命题。研究结果表明，本地能力是构建包容性商业模式必不可少的条件，但企业借助本地能力构建包容性商业模式的具体作用路径存在差异；创业者个人“关系”和非个人“关系”均会对包容性商业模式构建产生影响，但二者具体的影响机制存在差异；创业者“关系”不仅可以直接影响包容性商业模式的构建，还可以通过个人“关系”调节本地能力对构建包容性商业模式的作用。<br>In order to explore the building mechanism of inclusive business model in Chinese poor areas,4 business cases were collected in Wulin Mountain District and the conceptual model was proposed to include the logical relation between local capability, entrepreneur guanxi, and inclusive business model formulation. After collecting related information, we found that local capability is essential to inclusive business model formulation; enterprises show different properties when they build inclusive business model; entrepreneur guanxi affects the formulation of inclusive business model and moderates the effect that local capability has on inclusive business model formulation. However, there exists difference between the affecting mechanisms.The conclusions bridge the gap in this domain, and also have some management implications for entrepreneurs
