%X 摘要 目的:探讨SLActive种植体3周早期负荷修复的临床可行性。方法:32名患者40枚下颌后牙区种植体行3周早期负荷修复,种植术中、术后1、3、12周、1年应用共振频率分析仪测量种植体稳定性,定量分析种植体稳定性的变化;种植术后1周、3周、12周、1年时拍射平行投照根尖片,测量评估种植体边缘骨水平的变化。结果:3周负荷的种植体种植术后3周与12周及1年,ISQ值存在明显统计学差异(P<0.01),术后1年边缘骨吸收(0.5±0.21) mm,种植体成功率100%。结论:SLActive种植体3周早期负荷修复方案在下颌后牙区可以获得可预期的临床效果
