%0 Journal Article %T 基于IEC信息分类的风电机组可利用率分析与提升方法<br>Availability analysis of wind turbine based on IEC information classification and research on the improvement method %A 辛燕 %A 李景才 %A 任旦元 %A 周民强< %A br> %A XIN Yan %A LI Jingcai %A REN Danyuan %A ZHOU Minqiang %J 山东大学学报(工学版) %D 2017 %R 10.6040/j.issn.1672-3961.0.2017.013 %X 摘要: 针对国内风电机组可利用率计算结果与实际偏差较大的缺点,基于IEC61400-26-1标准中的机组运行类别,对主控系统中各状态码进行可利用属性的划分,对故障停机时间采用基于时间戳法的统计计算,改进可兼顾业主和制造商利益的机组可利用率计算方法,计算结果整体趋势与SCADA报表一致。该方法可通过对低利用率机组状态代码的时间和次数统计,发现机组可利用率低的主要原因,并提出改进意见,进而通过主控程序升级等方式提升机组利用率。结果表明,利用该方法计算,机组可利用率提升2.2%,与实际结果更加符合。<br>Abstract: To avoid the availability difference between calculated value and actual value, status codes of main control system were divided into different parts according to their available properties, based on the standard IEC61400-26-1. The statistics of wind turbine downtime was based on timestamp method. The calculation method of availability was improved by taking account of the interests of owners and manufacturers, and the overall trend of the results was consistent with the SCADA Report. By counting the time and times of the status codes of the low availability unit, the improvement method could find the main reason of low availability in wind turbine and give advice to improve wind turbine availability by updating main control program.
