%0 Journal Article %T 空间电压矢量对感应电机软起动控制策略<br>Soft-start control strategy of induction motor based on space voltage vector %A 张卫江 %A 党宏社< %A br> %A ZHANG Weijiang %A DANG Hongshe %J 山东大学学报(工学版) %D 2017 %R 10.6040/j.issn.1672-3961.0.2017.383 %X 摘要: 以晶闸管软起动器-感应电动机系统为研究对象,根据空间电压矢量原理及其控制思想,提出一种提高感应电动机起动转矩的控制策略。对三相定子电压在晶闸管控制下的空间电压矢量变换,形成对转子磁链和电磁转矩的有效控制。该策略保持传统软起动器的主电路结构不变,通过建立基于αβ0坐标系降阶空间电压矢量导通瞬态数学模型,求解矢量电压作用下定子电流的拉氏变换解析并仿真分析,从而简易快速确定初始触发角。控制晶闸管的触发角,实现对空间矢量电压和零电压矢量的控制,以达到感应电机平稳加速起动的目的。该控制策略能有效提高感应电机起动转矩和降低起动电流,并通过系统仿真和试验给予验证。<br>Abstract: According to the theory of space voltage vector and its control idea, a control strategy which could improve the starting torque of induction motor was proposed based on the thyristor soft starter-induction motor system. By achieving the three-phase stator voltage in the thyristors controlled voltage space vector transform, an effective control of the rotor flux and electromagnetic torque was formed. The structure of the main circuit of the traditional soft starter was kept unchanged in this strategy, in order to determine the initial trigger angle easily and quickly. The Laplace transform of stator current under the effect of vector voltage was solved and analyzed by building up the mathematical model of order reduction based on αβ0 coordinate. To achieve the aim that induction motor acceleration could start smoothly, space voltage vector and zero voltage vector control had been achieved by means of controlling the trigger angle of the silcon controlled rectifier(SCR).
