%0 Journal Article %T 面成型3D打印工艺中投影图像畸变校正技术<br>Image distortion correction technology of mask image projection stereolithography %A 贾红帅 %A 赵学进 %A 胡天亮 %A 张承瑞< %A br> %A JIA Hongshuai %A ZHAO Xuejin %A HU Tianliang %A ZHANG Chengrui %J 山东大学学报(工学版) %D 2017 %R 10.6040/j.issn.1672-3961.0.2016.313 %X 摘要: 针对面成型工艺中视图发生器在投影时存在图像畸变的问题,提出一种畸变校正方案,通过图像处理获得投影平面像素点的实际坐标,将模型二维轮廓与像素实际坐标求交,并根据交点信息生成预畸变掩膜图像。同时在加工范围内分区域对不同位置的像素采用线性插值和双线性插值算法,对光辐照度进行均匀化处理。试验结果表明:采用本方案均匀化处理后的辐照度值,极差不超过0.4 mW/cm2,加工零件误差约为0.05 mm,能够有效控制畸变造成的影响,提高面成型工艺加工精度。<br>Abstract: In order to solve image distortion problem when image was projected from image generation device in Mask-image-projection-based stereolithography, a distortion correction method was proposed. Image processing method was used to get pixel position on the projection plane. Predistortion mask image was generated by the intersection operation of 2D contours with pixel actual coordinates. Homogenization of irradiance was achieved by selecting linear interpolation algorithm and bilinear interpolation algorithm according to different pixel position on the projection plane.
