%0 Journal Article %T “套接式H型”缓冲器在超大型竖井混凝土施工中的应用<br>Application of “sleeve-connected H-type” buffer in concrete transportation within oversize shafts %A 刘协 %A 李国华 %A 王明 %A 马池帅< %A br> %A LIU Xie %A LI Guohua %A WANG Ming %A MA Chishuai %J 山东大学学报(工学版) %D 2017 %R 10.6040/j.issn.1672-3961.0.2017.095 %X 摘要: 针对N-J水电工程调压竖井长溜管输送混凝土时骨料离析、下料速度快、混凝土和易性较差等输送技术难点,设计出一种“套接式H型”缓冲器,并对其结构设计及工作原理进行了详细研究。现场对比试验及应用表明:与原有的MY·BOX型缓冲器相比,新型缓冲器结构简单,制作成本低,且能有效控制高落差条件下的混凝土下落速度,解决混凝土拌和物离析及对管路磨损、击穿问题,保证了设备的使用寿命、施工安全及混凝土工程质量,可为类似竖井混凝土衬砌施工提供良好的借鉴。<br>Abstract: Regarding aggregate segregation, excessively fast slipping and poor concrete mix-ability during concrete long distance convey by articulated chute in surge shaft of N-J(NEELUM-JHELUM)hydroelectric project, one kind of “sleeve-connected H-type” buffer was designed and its structure design & operation principle were discussed.
