%0 Journal Article %T 林麝肠道乳酸菌及肠杆菌多态性分析及耐药性研究<br>Diversity Analysis and Antimicrobial Susceptibility Test of Lactic Acid Bacteria and Enterobacteria that Isolated from Forest Musk Deer Intestine %A 马炳存 %A 程建国 %A 罗燕 %A 罗茜 %A 周鑫 %A 高雪华 %A 王朋 %J 四川动物 %D 2015 %X 中文摘要:为研究林麝肠道中乳酸菌和肠杆菌基因型及表型多样性并对其耐药性进行分析,本研究从10头健康成年林麝粪便样品中分离到22株乳酸菌和16株肠杆菌,通过16S rDNA进化分析和生理生化测定对分离菌株进行了鉴定,采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术分析了分离菌株的基因型并利用药敏纸片法进行了分离菌株的耐药性研究。本研究共分离到了11种细菌,分别为大肠杆菌 Escherichia coli、阴沟肠杆菌 Enterobacter cloaca、河生肠杆菌 E. amnigenus、肺炎克雷伯氏菌 Klebsiella pneumoniae、蒙氏肠球菌 Enterococcus mundtii、耐久肠球菌 E. durans、明串球菌 Leuconostoc fallax、植物乳杆菌 Lactobacillus plantarum、嗜酸乳杆菌 L. acidipiscis、屎肠球菌 E. faecium和食窦魏斯氏菌 Weissella cibaria。其中大肠杆菌( n=11,28.9%)是林麝肠道中的优势菌群,肠球菌( n=10,26.3%)是林麝肠道中的优势乳酸菌群。PFGE分型结果表明肠杆菌分为7个基因型,乳酸菌分为9个基因型。本研究首次分析了林麝肠道中可培养细菌的基因型及表型并且对其耐药性进行了测定,结果表明林麝肠道中的原生菌群多态性明显,并且对目前常用的抗生素敏感,未检测到耐药菌株。<br>英文摘要:To investigate the phenotypic and genotypic diversity of bacteria in forest musk deer intestine, a total of 38 isolates, including 22 enterobacteria and 16 lactic acid bacteria (LAB), were isolated and identified by physiological and molecular methods. Pulsed filed gel electrophoresis (PFGE) was conducted to analysis the genotypic diversity, and antimicrobial susceptibility test was carried out to evaluate the antibiotic resistance of the isolates. Finally, a total of 11 species, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter cloacae, E. amnigenus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterococcus mundtii, E. durans, Leuconostoc fallax, Lactobacillus plantarum, L. acidipiscis, E. faecium and Weissella cibaria, were identified. E. coli was the predominant species ( n=11, 28.9%), while Enterococcus is the most abundant LAB species ( n=10, 26.3%). The results of PFGE revealed seven different patterns of enterobacteria and nine of LAB. The antimicrobial susceptibility results indicated that most of the inherent bacterial species were susceptible to the most commonly used antibiotics.
