%0 Journal Article %T 大熊猫双胞胎发生相关因素的分析研究<br>An Observational Analysis of the Relevant Factors on Twin Rate of Giant Panda %A 王海瑞 %A 侯蓉 %A 刘玉良 %A 蔡志刚 %A 罗娌 %A 黄河 %A 张志和 %J 四川动物 %D 2015 %X 中文摘要:本研究分析了年龄、胎次、妊娠天数、配种次数与方式、雌激素等因素与大熊猫双胎发生之间的关系。结果显示,不同年龄阶段的双胎发生率的差别无统计学意义( P>0.05);不同胎次的双胎发生率的差别具有统计意义( P<0.05);产单胎的大熊猫平均妊娠天数(142.33 d±21.03 d)显著大于产双胎的妊娠天数(131.63 d±25.10 d)( P<0.05);不同的配种次数对双胎率的影响无统计学意义( P>0.05);不同配种方式对双胎率的影响具有统计学意义( P<0.05),由自然交配与人工授精共同采用的混合配种方式的胎产仔数(1.62只±0.49只)显著高于自然交配的胎产仔数(1.41只±0.50只)( P<0.05);产双胎的雌激素水平在-130 h至+25 h内极显著高于产单胎的雌激素水平( P<0.001),并且产双胎的雌激素峰值水平(221.82 ng/mg±36.14 ng/mg)极显著高于产单胎的雌激素峰值水平(143.33 ng/mg±16.95 ng/mg)( P<0.01)。<br>英文摘要:The effects of parity, age, mating times and methods, and reproduction hormone levels on twin rate of giant panda were investigated in this study. The relationship between gestation length and twin rate was also measured. The results indicated that there was no significant relevance between age and the incidence of twin ( P>0.05), however, the parity of the female giant panda was found to significantly affect the twin rate ( P<0.05). The gestation length for twin birth (131.63 days±25.10 days) was less than that of single birth (142.33 days±21.03 days)( P<0.05). The twin rate between different mating times was not significant ( P>0.05). Different mating methods significantly affected the litter size ( P<0.05), and significant difference was observed in the litter size between natural mating (1.62±0.49) and mix mating (1.41±0.50) combined by natural mating and artificial insemination ( P<0.05). The results of hormone level analysis between twin and singleton group showed that the concentrations of estrogen had significant effect on the twin rate: the twin group had greater estrogen concentrations than the singleton group from hour -130 to hour +25 ( P<0.001).
