%0 Journal Article %T 基于 COⅠ基因的中国广头叶蝉亚科系统发育初探<br>A Primary Phylogeny Analysis of Macropsinae from China Based on COⅠ Gene %A 李虎 %A 戴仁怀 %J 四川动物 %D 2018 %X 中文摘要:广头叶蝉亚科Macropsinae广泛分布于世界各地,其内部分类系统较混乱,部分族属级分类地位一直存在争议。本文选取23种叶蝉样本(内群22种+外群1种),分析其线粒体 COⅠ基因部分片段的序列组成和遗传距离,基于最大似然法和贝叶斯法构建广头叶蝉亚科系统发育树。结果发现, COⅠ基因片段序列A+T含量(68.3%)明显较G+C含量(31.7%)高;遗传距离在种间、属间和亚科间的差异有统计学意义;系统发育树较好地支持了横皱叶蝉属 Oncopsis和尖尾叶蝉属 Pedionis的单系性,但广头叶蝉属 Macropsis和暗纹叶蝉属 Pediopsoides较为混乱。<br>英文摘要:Macropsinae is widely distributed around the world. The phylogenetic relationship of the species in Macropsinae appears to be confused, and the taxonomic status of some genera strongly needs to be verified and discussed. 23 Cicadellidae species (including 22 Macropsinae of ingroup and 1 Idiocerinae of outgroup) were chosen as the materials and 23 DNA sequences of mitochondrial COⅠ gene were obtained. The sequence composition and genetic distance of these genes were analyzed, and the phylogenetic trees were built using the methods of Maximum Likelyhood and Bayesian Inference. The results showed that the content of A+T (68.3%) in the sequences of COⅠ gene was significantly higher than that of G+C (31.7%). There were statistically significant differences in the genetic distance among species, genera and subfamilies.
