%0 Journal Article %T 青藏高原3种常见鸟类卵壳膜稳定碳、氮同位素组成特征<br>Stable Carbon and Nitrogen Isotope Compositions of Egg Membrane from Three Bird Species in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau %A 李继荣 %A 杨乐 %A 曹建 %A 王文娟 %A 李来兴 %J 四川动物 %D 2015 %X 中文摘要:本文测定了青藏高原3种常见鸟类——普通鸬鹚 Phalacrocorax carbo、渔鸥 Larus ichthyaetus和小云雀 Alauda gulgula卵壳膜的δ 13C、δ 15N,同时结合相关文献同物种肌肉组织中的δ 13C、δ 15N数据,探讨了卵壳膜代替肌肉作为稳定同位素载体的可行性。结果表明,小云雀、普通鸬鹚和渔鸥卵壳膜的δ 13C分别为-20.80‰±0.48‰、-23.29‰±0.35‰和-24.20‰±0.33‰,而δ 15N分别为9.25‰±0.87‰、14.40‰±1.03‰和13.94‰±0.43‰。单因素方差分析结果显示:3个物种卵壳膜δ 13C、δ 15N差异均具有高度统计学意义( P<0.01)。其中,δ 13C值小云雀相对于普通鸬鹚偏正,普通鸬鹚相对于渔鸥偏正;普通鸬鹚与渔鸥之间δ 15N值差异无统计学意义,但二者相对于小云雀显著偏正。因此,我们认为在一些问题的研究中卵壳膜可以代替肌肉组织作为稳定同位素的载体。<br>英文摘要:The δ 13 and δ 15N of the egg shell membranes of great cormorant ( Phalacrocorax carbo), Pallas's gull ( Larus ichthyaetus) and skylark ( Alauda gulgula) were measured in this study, moreover, the feasibility of using egg shell membranes as the carrier of stable isotope of δ 13C and δ 15N instead of muscle was discussed on the basis of relevant literatures. The results showed that δ 13C of egg shell membranes of skylark, great cormorant and Pallas's gull were -20.80‰±0.48‰, -23.29‰±0.35‰ and -24.20‰±0.33‰, respectively; While δ 15N were 9.25‰±0.87‰, 14.40‰±1.03‰ and 13.94‰±0.43‰, respectively. The results of One-Way ANOVA showed that δ 13C and δ 15N of the egg shell membranes of the three species were very significantly different ( P<0.01). The δ 13C value of skylark was positive correlated with great cormorant, while the value of δ 13C in great cormorant was positive correlated with Pallas's gull. No significant difference was observed in the values of δ 15N between great cormorant and Pallas's gull, interestingly, the δ 15N values of the other two were positive correlated with skylark.
