%0 Journal Article %T 岷江眉山段四川华鳊年龄与生长<br>Age and Growth of Sinibrama taeniatus in Meishan Section of Minjiang River %A 解崇友 %A 倪露芸 %A 吴迪 %A 王永明 %A 王志坚 %A 李斌 %J 四川动物 %D 2016 %X 中文摘要:为了解我国长江上游特有鱼类四川华鳊 Sinibrama taeniatus种群资源现状,于2013年3月至2014年1月在长江一级支流岷江眉山段采集了580尾四川华鳊样本,以鳞片作为鉴定材料,对其年龄和生长特征进行了研究。结果显示:四川华鳊鳞片年轮特征明显,表现为普通疏密型,为一年一个周期。研究样品的年龄由0 +~3 +(1~4龄)4个年龄组组成,其中以1 +~2 +龄(2~3龄)为主,占样品总量的96.07%。体长( L,m)和鳞径( R,mm)具有显著相关性,雌、雄鱼差异无统计学意义( P>0.05),表达式为 L=25.45 R+65.73。体质量( W,g)与体长呈幂函数相关,雌、雄鱼差异无统计学意义( P>0.05),属等速增长,表达式为 W=2.4×10 -5 L 2.94( R 2=0.25)。Von Bertalanffy生长方程分别为: L t=139.57×[1-e -0.15(t+3.16], W t=47.97×[1-e -0.15(t+3.16] 2.94,生长系数为0.15,拐点年龄为4.09龄,对应的体长和体质量分别为 L i=92.06 mm, W i=14.13 g。岷江眉山段四川华鳊属于生长相对较快型鱼类。建议依法取缔非法捕捞工具,减少水电工程建设,这些措施对于保护四川华鳊种质资源有重要作用。<br>英文摘要: Sinibrama taeniatus is an endemic fish species only naturally distributed in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. The purpose of this study was to determine the age structure and growth characteristics of S. taeniatus and to provide some guidances for the protection of this species. A total of 580 specimens were collected from March 2013 to January 2014 in the Meishan section of Minjiang River (a tributary of Yangtze River). Standard length and body weight of each specimen were measured. The results showed that there were clear rings on the scale, which was the main structure for age determination. The age of these fishes was identified as four classes, and individuals of 2-3 years old were dominated with a frequency of 96.07%. There was a significant relationship between standard length ( L, unit: mm) and scale radius ( R, unit: mm), however, the difference between males and females was not significant ( P>0.05), and the final equation was: L=25.45 R+65.73. The relationship between standard length and total weight ( W, unit: g) of males and females could be expressed as W=3×10 -5 L 2.91( R 2=0.86, n=329) and W=2×10 -5 L 3.03( R 2=0.89, n=211), respectively. There was no significant difference of variance between males and females, which could be expressed in unified equation: W=2.4×10 -5 L 2.94. The growth of S. taeniatus was in a constant speed which can be described by the Von Bertalanffy equation. The instantaneous growth rate was 0.15 and the growth inflexion point was 4.09 years with the corresponding standard body length 92.06 mm and body weight of 14.13 g. According to the growth rate and acceleration growth rate equation of body length and body weight, S. taeniatus grow fast and the population has an increasingly miniaturized trend.
