%0 Journal Article %T 微弧氧化技术提高钛-瓷结合强度的研究进展<br>Research progress on the effect of micro-arc oxidation on the bonding strength between pure titanium and porcelain %A 原小慧 %A 刘杰 %J 国际口腔医学杂志 %D 2016 %R 10.7518/gjkq.2016.06.017 %X 摘要: 微弧氧化(MAO)技术能够在纯钛表面形成表层多孔而内层致密的氧化陶瓷膜层,影响钛-瓷结合强度。通过优化MAO技术中电压、占空比、电流强度及氧化时间等工艺参数和电解液配方,可对纯钛表面氧化膜层的成分及结构进行改造,使其在一定程度上对钛的高温氧化性进行控制,进而达到提高钛瓷间结合强度的目的。本文重点就MAO技术提高纯钛与瓷粉之间结合强度研究进展作一综述。<br>Abstract: Micro-arc oxidation(MAO) forms an oxide layer with porous surface and inner compact structure on the pure titanium surface. This oxide layer could significantly affect titanium-porcelain bonding strength. Technological parameters, such as pulse frequency, duty cycle, and voltage, as well as electrolyte, strongly affect the structure and property of ceramic coatings formed through micro-arc oxidation.
