%X 摘要： 天疱疮是一种累及皮肤及黏膜的严重的慢性自身免疫大疱性疾病。目前,糖皮质激素作为治疗天疱疮的首选药物,在控制病情的同时也可能引起各种并发症。为减轻激素治疗的不良反应,常需与免疫抑制剂类药物联合运用或采用其他疗法。因此,笔者就天疱疮的免疫抑制剂疗法作一综述。<br>Abstract: Pemphigus is a severe, chronic, autoimmune bullous disease that affects the skin and mucous membranes. To date, glucocorticoidis the first treatment medicine for pemphigus. Nevertheless, the use of glucocorticoid may result in adverse effects during treatment of this disease. Therefore, several immunosuppressive adjuvant therapies or non-medicinal therapies should be adopted to relieve the side effects of glucocorticoid. Thus, we reviewed the immunosuppressive therapy in this article.<br>中图分类号
