%X 摘要： 代谢综合征是一组以蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物等物质发生代谢紊乱为特征的症候群,被公认为心血管疾病、糖尿病的危险因素。已有研究表明牙周炎与代谢综合征各症候之间存在不同程度的关联。本文将牙周微生物与代谢综合征各症候的关系及潜在的相关机制（致炎通路和氧化应激）进行综述,以期为代谢综合征防治的研究提供新的思路。<br>Abstract: A metabolic syndrome is characterized by symptoms of metabolic disorders, such as proteins, fats, and carbohydrates associated with increased risks of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes mellitus. Recent evidence has proposed the relationship between periodontitis and metabolic syndrome. In this review, progress on the role of inflammation and oxidative stress and the relationship of oral microbes with the main characteristics of metabolic syndrome is presented to provide new insights into the prevention and intervention of metabolic syndrome.<br>中图分类号
