%0 Journal Article %T 牙髓干细胞的表观遗传调控<br>Epigenetic regulation in dental pulp stem cells %A 张鑫 %A 汪成林 %A 杨静 %A 叶玲 %J 国际口腔医学杂志 %D 2018 %R 10.7518/gjkq.2018.03.003 %X 摘要: 牙髓干细胞是牙髓组织中具有自我更新能力及多向分化潜能的一类成体干细胞,在牙髓修复、牙齿再生以及骨组织工程中发挥重要作用。表观遗传是指在DNA序列不改变的前提下基因表达发生了可遗传的变化,主要包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、非编码RNA调控等。研究发现,通过调控基因的转录过程,表观调控在牙髓干细胞的各项生物学行为中起着重要作用。本文对牙髓干细胞的表观遗传调控进行综述。<br>Abstract: Dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) are adult stem cells with self-renewal ability and multiple differentiation potential. These cells play an important role in dental pulp repair, tooth regeneration, and bone tissue engineering. Epigenetics refers to heritable changes in gene expression without alteration of DNA sequence; these changes include DNA methylation, histone modification, and non-coding RNA regulation. Epigenetic modification plays an important role in regulation of DPSCs by influencing gene transcription.
