%0 Journal Article %T 代谢性手术对骨密度影响的研究进展 %A 张织茵 %A 盛辉 %J 同济大学学报(医学版) %D 2018 %R 10.16118/j.1008-0392.2018.04.024 %X 代谢性手术是治疗重度肥胖及其代谢紊乱的有效方法,其通过限容、调节胃肠激素等机制达到短期大幅减重和改善包括糖代谢、脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗、高血压和性激素异常等多种代谢紊乱的目的。但代谢性手术后短期内可出现骨吸收增加,骨密度下降,甚至骨折发生率增加的情况,其机制未完全明确。本文就不同代谢性术后骨密度下降情况及相关机制进行综述,以期引起对代谢性手术术后骨健康的关注。</br>Bariatric surgery is an effective method for the treatment of severe obesity and obesity-related metabolic disorders. The significant weight loss and improvement of metabolism state can be achieved in a short term through restriction of nutrition as well as regulation of gastrointestinal hormones. However, researches have shown increased bone absorption, decreased bone mineral density (BMD) and high fracture risk would occur following bariatric procedures, while the underlying mechanism is not yet clarified.
