%0 Journal Article %T 银屑病生物制剂的发展与挑战 %A 史玉玲 %J 同济大学学报(医学版) %D 2018 %R 10.16118/j.1008-0392.2018.02.001 %X 银屑病是一种常见的慢性免疫相关性皮肤病,至今仍无法治愈。近20年来,随着生物制剂的出现,银屑病的治疗发生了翻天覆地的变化。T细胞及其细胞因子,如TNF-α、IL-23及IL-17,在银屑病的发病机制中起重要作用。靶向T细胞及其细胞因子的生物制剂在中重度银屑病患者的治疗中展现出非凡的疗效,但这类药物的不良反应也不可忽视。</br>Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease which cannot be cured currently. The treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis has been revolutionized with the development of biologic agents for nearly 20 years. T cells and related cytokines, such as tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), IL-23 and IL-17 play important roles in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
