%0 Journal Article %T 上海地区汉族健康成年人唾液微生物菌群结构分析 %A 史聪 %A 蔡丽婷 %A 邵方洋 %A 郑赛巍 %A 汪丙杰 %A 何园 %J 同济大学学报(医学版) %D 2018 %R 10.16118/j.1008-0392.2018.04.006 %X 目的 研究健康成年人唾液微生物群落结构。方法 采集37名健康的上海地区常驻汉族居民的非刺激唾液,利用Illumina Hisep测序平台对微生物16 S rDNA的V3~V4高度可变区扩增产物进行测序,分析唾液微生物的群落结构。结果 共获得1329271条优质序列,平均每个样本为(35926.24±4718.069)条,这些序列可归为110个属,12个门。其中有5个优势菌门(97.54%),以及12个核心菌属(79.71%)。男性与女性两组之间的生物多样性指数及主成分分析等差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对上海地区汉族健康成年人口腔唾液微生物群落结构的分析,为进一步研究人类口腔唾液微生物群落结构提供了基础资料,且为口腔疾病的防治及诊断提供了参考。</br>Objective To analyze salivary microbial community structure in healthy Han adults in Shanghai. Methods In this study, unstimulated saliva samples were collected from 37 orally healthy Han Chinese living in Shanghai. The Illumina Hisep sequencing platform was employed to sequence the 16S rDNA V3-V4 hypervariable regions for analysis of salivary bacterial profiles. Results A total of 1329271 high quality sequences were obtained belonging to 110 genera from 12 bacterial phyla in this study, with an average of (35 926.24 ± 4 718.069) for each sample. We found 5 dominant phyla (97.54%),and 12 core genera(79.71%). Besides, there was no difference in the diversity index and PCoA analysis between males and females.
