%X 通过文献研究的方法分析了医患关系面临的自媒体伦理失范现象，包括谣言传播、隐私侵犯、语言暴力、群体性理性失真；并探讨了失范现象的成因，其中内部原因包括自媒体和医患关系的自身特征，外部原因包括社会转型时期社会无序和失范状态的存在、法律制度的缺失、网民伦理素养的低下；最后从加强自媒体伦理建设、利用自媒体建立医患互动平台、加强法治道德建设、加强传统媒体对自媒体的积极引导四方面提出消除自媒体伦理失范现象的具体建议。<br>By literature research method, this paper analyzed the relationship between doctors and patients underthe influence of the ethic anomie of we-media. The anomie includes the spread of rumors, invasion of privacy, languageviolence, and lack of rationality influenced by group polarization. Then the causes of the anomie were discussed, includingthe features of we-media and doctor-patient relationship, the existing social disorder and anomie at the time of socialtransformation, inadequate laws, and low ethical quality of some netizens. Finally, suggestions for solving we-mediaanomie were given from four aspects: promoting ethical construction, building a platform for the communication betweendoctors and patients, strengthening the advancement of morality and laws, and reinforcing the positive influence oftraditional media on we-media
