%X 目前并没有充分证据证实不能使用中医药治疗慢性肾脏病（chronic kidney disease，CKD），但是仍然 需要努力提高中医药防治CKD的安全性和有效性，有必要对经方治疗CKD进行转化，需将辨体—辨病—辨证结合 应用经方治疗CKD。临床上应思考CKD的特殊性而处方用药，同时努力寻找经方治疗CKD的切入点和切入时机。<br>So far, there is no sufficient evidence to confirm that traditional Chinese medicine is inappropriate for the treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD). However, we should try to improve the safety and effectiveness of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of CKD. It is necessary to transform the classical prescriptions and combine distinguishing physique-distinguishing disease-distinguishing symptom model with classical prescriptions for treating CKD. Doctors should prescribe based on the characteristics of CKD, and try to find the optimal time and opportunity of treating CKD with classical prescriptions
