%X 因我国长期精神卫生知识宣传的缺失，目前我国医院心理咨询门诊存在心理咨询费用偏低、业务量 以药物和心理测量为主、不同心理问题收费无差别、专家多从同行而非患者赚钱、医患对心理咨询预期和收费认 识存在差异等问题。本文认为，可以通过多种途径改变群众对心理咨询的态度、心理咨询门诊在医院中的定位， 进而解决心理咨询收费的困境。<br>Due to the long-term lack of mental health knowledge propaganda, there are many problems in psychological counseling clinic service of hospitals, such as low fees for psychological counseling, most business involved in drugs and psychological measurements, no difference in counseling fees for different psychological disorders, most of psychological experts’ earning from training or educating novices rather than from treating patients, and the gap between counselors and patients in the anticipation about counseling outcomes and the understanding of the charges for psychological counseling. This article puts forward some means of changing the public attitude towards psychological counseling and the position of psychological counseling clinic in hospitals, thus solving the dilemmas of psychological counseling charges
