%X 胰岛素抵抗在肥胖、2型糖尿病等疾病发病过程中起了重要作用,近来研究发现线粒体功能障碍与胰 岛素抵抗关系密切。而骨骼肌是胰岛素作用的重要靶器官,也是糖尿病最先侵害的主要靶组织之一。本研究试从 导致骨骼肌线粒体功能障碍的病理基础以及其产生机制的方向阐述骨骼肌线粒体功能障碍与胰岛素抵抗的关系, 并提出了防治胰岛素抵抗的新途径。
Insulin resistance plays an important role in the development of obesity and type 2 diabetes. Recent studies found that skeletal muscle mitochondrial dysfunction has a close relationship with insulin resistance. Skeletal muscle is one of the important target organs that insulin acts on, and also one of the main target tissues that diabetes first affects. This article tries to explain the relationship between insulin resistance and skeletal muscle mitochondrial dysfunction based on the pathological basis and mechanism of skeletal muscle mitochondrial dysfunction, and offer a new way to the prevention and control of insulin resistance
