%X 从文化人类学角度比较中医学和西医学。文化背景差异引起两者在研究方法、认识论、临床思维和 治疗手段等方面的差异。中医学注重整体宏观的系统论体系研究方法，西医学则以还原论体系为研究方法。中 医学辨证论治，西医学辨病论治。中医学发展以经验医学为特征，西医学以实验科学为基础。尽管中西医体系 存在差异，两者将来可能在特定条件下结合并发挥最大的效果。<br>This article compares traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine from the viewpoint of culture anthropology. The difference in the culture background of the traditional Chinese and western medicine leads to their difference in research method, epistemology, clinical thinking mode and treatment strategy. The traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes system research theory while western medicine pays more attention to reductionism. Diagnosis and treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine are based on syndrome differentiation while those of the western medicine are based on differentiation of disease. The development of traditional Chinese medicine is characterized by the accumulation of experience while the western medicine relies mostly on experimental science. Despite of the difference between the traditional Chinese and western medicine, they would be integrated under some kinds of specific conditions and exert more great effects on healthcare in the future
