%T 应激不是应激性溃疡的主要病因<br>Stress is not the primary pathogeny of stress ulcer

%X 为了了解应激性溃疡的病因，笔者分析了应激和应激性溃疡的关系、幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染和应激性溃疡的关系。从分析结果可以发现：应激不能解释应激性溃疡的临床表现；Hp感染可以较好地解释应激性溃疡的临床表现。由此提出假说：Hp感染是应激性溃疡的主要病因。应激性溃疡的治疗应该以抗Hp治疗为主。<br>To understand the pathogeny of stress ulcer, the author analyzed the relationships between stress ulcerand stress as well as Helicobacter pylori infection. It was found that stress can not be the explanation for the clinicalmanifestations of stress ulcer, while Helicobacter pylori infection can be. So this paper proposed a hypothesis: Helicobacterpylori infection is the primary pathogeny of stress ulcer. The treatment of stress ulcer should focus on suppressingHelicobacter pylori
