%X 随着人类生活环境的改变，许多传染病正在以惊人的速度发生变异和蔓延。SARS、H7N9高致病性禽流感，以及埃博拉等传染病的暴发和流行严重威胁人类健康和公共卫生体系。在追求经济高速增长的当今社会，竞争压力迫使人们争分夺秒地工作。然而，当传染病来袭时人们是否应该以牺牲治疗和休息来换取工作的时间呢？带病工作与隔离治疗谁更合理呢？本文将从流行病学角度来探讨这个话题。<br>A number of infectious diseases are varying and spreading amazingly with the change of environment ofhuman beings. The outbreak of infectious diseases, such as SARS, H7N9 highly pathogenic avian influenza, and Ebolavirus disease have seriously threatened the health of human being and public health system. People are forced to workdiligently under great competitive pressure in the modern time of pursuing rapid economic development. However, whenan infectious disease is striking, whether should people sacrifice treatment and rest for work? To work in spite of illness orto receive isolation for treatment, which one is more reasonable? This article will discuss this topic from the perspective ofepidemiology
