Organ system-centered teaching has been integrated into the traditional curriculum system in YangzhouUniversity for 5-year clinical medicine undergraduates, to cultivate their professional knowledge, clinical skills, humanisticcare and the ability of innovation. The university has developed a set of teaching operation mechanisms in curriculumdesign, teaching organization, effect evaluation, and quality assurance. This would have important significance forimproving the quality of training medical students
